Filed motion for pro hac vice admission to appear and practice in the appellate courts of the state of Virginia to assist a veteran in defending his entitlement to his veterans disability benefits. This is a veteran of the war in Iraq, a former marine, who was injured and wounded as a result of his service to our country.
The briefing is due on February 12 and the oral arguments will take place sometime between June 11 and June 13.
