Boots on the Ground – Carson J. Tucker and Lex Fori PLLC Appear Pro Hac Vice and File Pro Bono Petition in Louisiana Supreme Court in Boutte v. Boutte

Carson J. Tucker and Lex Fori PLLC have filed another pro bono petition defending a disabled veteran in state court. A petition for a writ of certiorari was filed in the Louisiana Supreme Court in the case of Boutte v. Boutte. In keeping with our efforts to provide “boots on the ground” support for our nation’s disabled veterans we’ve also appeared as appellate counsel, being admitted pro hac vice to the State of Louisiana Bar for purposes of prosecuting the veteran’s appeal.
